I bought this Microwave and had it installed by Lowes. I love the sleek modern look and the performance is good. I am really disappointed the control panel does not have a backlight. Cant see these controls without turn on the main room light. If you have teenagers they do eat all night long so this backlight is critical.

We had purchased another brand of Microwave as it seemed to fit our space better but it was not of good quality at all. So we decided to really look into which was best and why. We felt this product was well reviewed plenty of features found out it was very easy to install and now that weve used it a couple of weeks we could not be happier

This microwave works great. I was a bit disappointed that the mounting screws didnt match the previous one. I was hoping since they were both LG that they would match but that wasnt the case.

The final of the Five LG appliances we bought in the last six weeks like the dishwasher first new microwave in 18 years. The cook area is a little smaller than our old one but many more features with smart capabilities.
Love the smart defrost/reheat feature. Takes the guess work out of defrosting and from learning a new device

Bought this a few weeks ago and it has been amazing so far. Was easy to install and love all the features it has. The large screen and ability for the entire front to open makes it look more expensive than it is. Would recommend this to anyone in the market for a new microwave.

I bought this Microwave from
Home Depot based on LG quality and features. Spent an hour or so installing and just loved it hooked up to WiFi easily. However the next day was cooking and tried to program kitchen timer only to have the number 7 inoperative. Called Home Depot and they arranged a delivery of replacement unit from LG. Besides the pain to uninstall and install a new one I do like the unit so far but Leary about the quality after experiencing the first issue. Registered it and keeping fingers crossed

Shortly after it was installed on 1/12/23 it stopped heating. Also the turntable would not turn. The LG serviceman adjusted the door and installed a new drive motor on 2/13/23. On 2/25/23 the turntable stopped turning again. I am about to call customer service again. That will mean another 45 minutes on the phone while we go through the same list of things to check. I think I got a lemon. I think Ill be paying forever to get it fixed. I purchased an LG washer drier and gas range. They all work fine. This is a dud.

This microwave is super easy to use. The settings are very easy to navigate and even my husband who is visually impaired finds it easy to use. Although it takes up the same space the interior is larger than our old one it replaced. It also heats thigs up much faster than our ol one

I bought this microwave when i bought my fridge and stove 3-4 weeks ago. It heats up almost like turbo powered - 30 seconds to a minute is enough to have food thoroughly heated and piping hot. It sings when its finished and it looks fantastic in my kitchen. Its got wifi use as well but i have not used that yet.

the microwave is awesome I would have given it an excellent rating if it was not for the filter underneath that keeps falling down. Other than that she works great love all the features that come with the microwave. Love the pleasant sound when food is done warming up.

This is our second LG microwave and it is marginally better than the previous unit. While the touch screen on the bottom of the door is nice it fails in practicality. Everything is spread out and neither relationally or size oriented. It would be grfeat if the buttons used regularly were larger than the other buttons. Also grouping the power time and start buttons together would be helpful. My wife is frustrated that there is no button to stops the turntable. As far as cooking goes it does a great job on popcorn and boiling water. To be better I believe that LG needs to fikknd out what customers need and want when designing microwaves.

This is a beautifully designed and provides tremendous functionality with the various microwave options built into this model. It has plenty of modes to select from for various types of usage such as softening butter thawing frozen bread meat chicken or cooking potatoes and steaming vegetables. They provide a nice chart on the inside panel when opening the door with all of the choices. Not always the easiest to read in the evening when lighting isnt as bright but still provides a selection menu of choices depending on what you are cooking. Blends perfectly with our LG 26 Refrigerator w/Instant View door and Wi-Fi. Both have the ability to connect to the LG network which is an App you can download on to your smart phone. All of the settings our on the front door panel and it is cleanly presented. Its great not having a big door handle on the outside of the Microwave to open it as our past models have always had. We couldnt be happier with our purchase.

I bought this microwave five months ago and it suddenly stopped working. It no longer heated food indicating a bad magnetron or associated part. Repair was ordered through LGs website. A magnetron and transformer was on hand in anticipation of the needed part. The technician was unable to get the oven working and speculated that the replacement magnetron was also defective and a new one was ordered. A second visit from the technician resulted in the replacement of the second magnetron without success. A fuse is now believed to be the problem and Im currently waiting for its arrival and installation. The reliability of this oven is far below expectations and the repair is as bad.
Additionally I did not realize that the modern and clean look of the front buttonless panel would show fingerprints as much as it does but that is my preference.

Cooks well and is large enough for most of our larger dishes but I am 52 and cannot see what is on the plate or bowl. The dark touch panel covers much of the cooking surface making it impossible for me to see the food cooking.

This microwave was just another addition to my already extensive lg appliance collection and it fits right in. Beautifully designed but more importantly it does an amazing job reheating specific dishes based on what options you choose. The only drawback is it makes the rest of my kitchen look outdated.

Purchased the LG microwave and absolutely love it. The install instructions were easy to understand and install. The microwave looks great and also functions even better. Plenty of room inside microwave to fit all your plates. Buttons are easy to use as well as the cycles. Only gripe is the stainless steel shows fingerprints really bad. But then again its stainless steel. What should you expect. Love it.

I bought this and it was delivered on 12/23/22. Installed and the start button does not work. LG came out said needs a new door assembly. They dont have it in stock it is back ordered so no idea when it will get fixed. I had such high hopes on this purchase. Also bought LG refrigerator and dishwasher hope I have better luck with those.

I bought this as a replacement for my original appliance in this suite. After only 3 years it suddenly stopped working I would have preferred to change brands after that but I wanted it to match the rest. This is why I give 3 stars Im concerned about reliability of the brand. The dishwasher stopped working at 2 years old the microwave at 3 years. Wonder how the fridge and stove will last- time will tell. The microwave looks big but most of that space is the menu at the door opening its not bigger inside than the previous model. I much prefer having a handle the pull inside the door on right side is where you pull from. its just another thing that will eventually break. In general its nice looking and decent price. Its just not a reliable brand.

I love to cook and having two ovens to accomplish this is a blessing. The air fryer is an added bonus and because it is so much bigger than the counter top ones you can cook up more food in just the one timing. The cook top has 5 burners and they all are easy to control as far as the amount of heat. It took just a few times to adjust myself to the knobs and how they work for the burners but an easy learning curve. I have only needed and used the steam clean for the inside just once but it is very impressive. My only issue is with the bottom of the double oven. When I opened it to pull out an item I did not realize the door doesnt open flat all the way down and when I pulled out the rack it hit the inside of the door and chipped off the blue interior. All in all this is very easy to clean and functions very well.

Best ever is the Melt option on this incredible microwave. Perfect find for this Christmas baking season...I use this melt option for my butter peanut butter and other solids needing to be soft or melted for my recipes. This is by far the best feature to me thus far. My husband loves the popcorn setting as it totally pop each kernel to perfection. Im sure there are many other fabulous features that Ill be discovering the more I use the microwave. To summarize I absolutely LOVE this purchase and would highly recommend this model to anyone looking for a sharp looking and totally functioning microwave.

This micro hooks up to wifi and has moisture technology.Has several options for reheating almost anything.Very strong vent fan for removing steam and cooking odors.Very large cavity to accommodate just about any vessel.Heats very well and not that loud. Looks very modern if thats what your looking for.
